The Lisbon Police Department is under the leadership of Chief Mike Abraham.

The Lisbon Police Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to protect and serve our Village residents and their businesses.  The Department consists of the Chief of Police, one Lieutenant, one Sergeant, six full-time Officer, and three part-time Officers.

The Communications Department consists of four full-time Dispatchers and two part-time dispatchers.  The Communications Department also dispatch for the Lisbon, Center Township, Elkrun Township, and Salineville Volunteer Fire Departments, the Salineville Police Department, and the Columbiana County Coroner's Office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as well as answering 911 calls.

The Lisbon Police Department participates with the D.A.R.E. program and has one officer teach the D.A.R.E. program in Lisbon Schools.  Lisbon also provides a resource officer to Lisbon Schools and has an officer on the Columbiana County Drug Task Force.
