As of 2/7/2026, the Lisbon Water Department has issued a boil order for the following areas:
S. Beaver St. between W. Washington St. and Maple St. AND
W. Washington St. between S. Market St. and Graham St.
We will post on here when the boil order is lifted. Thank you for your understanding.
In case of a water/ sewer emergency after normal business hours, please call the Lisbon Police Department at (330) 424-7810 for emergency call out.

New Lisbon, as it was originally known, is located in Center Township and is the county seat of Columbiana County, Ohio. As the second oldest settlement in Ohio, Lisbon has a rich and storied history that is still evident in the historic buildings and residences throughout the village, and our beautiful downtown is the economic center of our community.
