New Lisbon, as it was originally known, is located in Center Township and is the county seat of Columbiana County, Ohio. As the second oldest settlement in Ohio, Lisbon has a rich and storied history that is still evident in the historic buildings and residences throughout the village, and our beautiful downtown is the economic center of our community.

Announcements
A public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Village Hall to allow the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission to review a proposed revision to the Zoning Code of the Village of Lisbon.
In case of a water/sewer emergency after normal business hours please call the Lisbon Police Department 330-424-7810 for emergency call out.
